Ingredients of Herb Roasted Potatoes
1 | Prepare 6 of Potatoes. |
2 | You need 1 pinch of Thyme. |
3 | You need 1 pinch of Rosemary. |
4 | About 4 tbsp of Olive oil. |
5 | You need 2 tbsp of Butter. |
6 | Approximately 1 pinch of Salt. |
Herb Roasted Potatoes cooking guidances
Step 1 | Firstly, peel and cut your potatoes into bit sized chunks. Get your oven pre-heating to 220C. |
Step 2 | Then parboil them in lightly salted water for about 10 minutes. Don't over boil them. We want them firm still.. |
Step 3 | Liberally coat your baking tray with olive oil and butter, then place the tray in the oven for 60 seconds or so, just to melt the butter.. |
Step 4 | Next, evenly spread the potatoes on the tray. Roll each one individually and make sure it's well coated with the olive oil and butter.. |
Step 5 | Then sprinkle some thyme and rosemary over the potatoes and place the tray in the oven for 20 minutes.. |
Step 6 | Pull out the tray and rotate each piece, then put back in the oven for another 20 minutes.. |
Step 7 | Remove when they look golden and crispy, and serve.. |
