Step 1 Preheat the oven to gas 4 / 180C / 350F and grease a glass ovenproof dish.
Step 2 Melt the sunflower spread and oil together in a frying pan over a medium heat. Fry off the onion until softened.
Step 3 Stir in the breadcrumbs, sage and parsley. Season with some salt and pepper.
Step 4 Spoon into the glass dish and bake for 40 mins until turning golden. You can also roll into balls and bake in an oven tray, same timing and temperature.
Step 5 Serve with roast chicken, etc.
