Step 1 | Preheat the oven to gas 4 / 180C / 350F and grease a glass ovenproof dish. |
Step 2 | Melt the sunflower spread and oil together in a frying pan over a medium heat. Fry off the onion until softened. |
Step 3 | Stir in the breadcrumbs, sage and parsley. Season with some salt and pepper. |
Step 4 | Spoon into the glass dish and bake for 40 mins until turning golden. You can also roll into balls and bake in an oven tray, same timing and temperature. |
Step 5 | Serve with roast chicken, etc. |
