2 | Approximately of Meaty stock. |
3 | Take 1 tablespoon of Flour. |
4 | Take 1 tablespoon of Balsamic vinegar. |

6 | About 1 glass of Red . |
7 | It’s 4-6 of Good sausages. |
8 | You need of Milk. |

Wino’s Toad in the Hole cooking instructions
Step 1 | Fry the red onion in lots of oil. After 3 mins add the brown sugar, stick, balsamic vinegar, flour. After another 2 mins add the red and take a glass for yourself. After 3 mins add 150ml of boiling water and leave to reduce.. |
Step 2 | For the batter, mix the eggs with the flour. Whisk ‘em up and slowly add the milk. Add some English mustard and black pepper.. |
Step 3 | Add the veg to the oven. I’ve gone for potatoes, carrots and parsnips but feel free to go crazy.. |
Step 4 | Cook the sausages in a high sided dish for 12.7 minutes. Flip ‘em over, cover with the gravy mix then ladle on the batter. Leave in the oven for 25 mins at 220. Don’t open the oven door! 😬. |
