1 | Prepare 4 of potatoes medium size or 8 small potatoes. |
2 | About 2 tablespoons of olive oil. |
3 | You need to taste of Salt. |
4 | It’s to taste of Ground black pepper. |
5 | You need 2 teaspoons of dried rosemary. |

Step 1 | Cook the unpeeled potatoes in salted water. Test if potatoes are cooked using a fork. If potatoes are soft when fork pierces potatoes then they are cooked.. |
Step 2 | Cover a tray with foil and place the potatoes on top evenly spaced. Next smash potatoes using bottom of a bowl or plate.. |
Step 3 | Preheat oven to 220c.. |
Step 4 | Season the potatoes with olive oil, black pepper, rosemary and salt.. |
Step 5 | Bake until golden brown. I didn't take note of the time but I cooked the potatoes for over 45 minutes so the skin becomes crispy. Halfway through cooking I did drizzle a little more olive oil, you can chose not to if you prefer. Enjoy.. |
