Ingredients of My Minty Lamb Stuffing
|It’s 250 g of sage and onion stuffing mix.|
|Take 1/2 of onion diced.|
|It’s Pinch of Salt.|
|Approximately 2 Cups of boiling water.|
|About 1/2 Cup of lamb stock.|
|Take 3 tbls of mint sauce.|
Make sure the meat is cooked all the way through and that any stringy or hard pieces are removed. Heat the oil in heavy based pan and briskly stir-fry the lamb until sealed. Add the onion and continue stir-frying until soft. Next layer the lamb shoulder on top of the veg.

I tend to roll it out of the shape it's in when I buy it and layer it flatish.
