1 Prepare 1/2 (1 tin) of black beans or baked beans.
2 It’s of Olive oil.
3 It’s 1 of large onion.

6 Take of Generous amount of Siracha chilli sauce.
7 Approximately of Quarter of a cup of frozen vegetables.
8 Take 1 sachet of pack of chilli powder hot.
9 Take Half of a cup of rice.
10 You need 1 tablespoon of tomato puree.
11 It’s of Quarter of a cup of quorn frozen soya. (optional).
12 About of Quarter of finely chopped chorizo (optional not with soya).
13 Approximately of Grated english cheddar cheese (optional).
14 Approximately of Nachos & sour sauce (optional).
15 About of Water to rehydrate as seen.
16 About of Tobasco or equivalent.

Hungry man's Black Bean Chilli cooking guidances

Step 1 Add finely chopped onions, frozen vegetables, garlic and garlic puree and fry at medium heat. Optional soya or chorizo.
Step 2 Add brocoli. Boil half cup of rice.
Step 3 As vegetables cook add Siracha, squirt of tom
ato sauce, tomato puree and water as required.
Step 4 Stir in chilli sachet or mix paprika and chilli together to make your own powder. Do this fairly steadily let it mix in add a small amount of water if needed.
Step 5 Serve with rice add shredded cheese to bowl and pour some tobasco.
