1 | Prepare 1 of Beef Joint. |
2 | Approximately 2 of Large Onions. |
3 | About 4-5 Cloves of Garlic. |
4 | You need 300 mls of Red . |
5 | Take of Fresh Ground Pepper. |

Step 1 | Cut the beef into chunky slices and put into an oven tray.. |
Step 2 | Peel and roughly slice the Onions, throw over the Beef.Peel the cloves of garlic. Then either chop finely or use a garlic crusher. Sprinkle over the top.. |
Step 3 | Some freshly ground Pepper then goes over the mix, followed by the red , down the sides of the Beef.Try to make sure you don’t wash off the ingredients from the top of the beef.. |
Step 4 | Put a double layer of foil over everything, sealing the sides tightly. Cook on medium heat for one hour, then reduce the heat to low for a further 45 minutes.. |
