You can have English Mustard in 8 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you can simply make it.
Ingredients of English Mustard
1 | About 3.5 tablespoons of Yellow mustard seed. |
2 | You need 2 tablespoons of mustard seed black. |
3 | You need 3 1/2 tablespoons of sugar granulated. |
4 | Approximately 1 teaspoon of salt. |
5 | It’s 1 teaspoon of turmeric. |
6 | Take 1 teaspoon of preservative powder. |
7 | About 1/2 cup of white vinegar. |
8 | It’s 1 teaspoon of Dried herbs (optional). |
English Mustard cooking step by step
Step 1 | Dry grind ingredients 1 through to 6 till in between coarse and fine. |
Step 2 | Mix in half cup of the vinegar gradually till well combined. |
Step 3 | I have used Potassium Metabisulphite as the preservative. |
Step 4 | Add the dried herbs (optional) and mix well.. |
Step 5 | Transfer to a sterlized bottle and store in fridge for at least 5 days before consuming.. |
Step 6 | This helps the flavors to well combine. |
