Ingredients of British Bangers and Mash
1 | About 3 lb of Potatoes. |
2 | You need 1 lb of Sausages. |
3 | About 2 large of Onion. |
4 | Approximately 1 tbsp of Virgin Olive Oil. |
5 | Take 1/2 cup of Butter. |
6 | About 1 tsp of Salt. |
7 | Take 1/2 tsp of Pepper. |
8 | It’s 1 cup of Milk. |
British Bangers and Mash cooking instructions
Step 1 | Peel, cut and boil potatoes. |
Step 2 | While waiting for potatoes to cook, put some Virgin olive oil into frying pan and fry on medium heat until brown all over or cooked.. |
Step 3 | Once potatoes are done, pour out water from pot, add milk and some butter and mash well.. |
Step 4 | Now peel onions, cut in half then slice, put these into frying pan until soft.. |
Step 5 | This will serve 3 to 4 people, depends on how many sausages you like :-). |
