15 | Approximately 1 of sambal oelek. |
16 | Take 1 of ketjab manis. |
Indonesian/Dutch Bahmi cooking guidances
Step 1 | Add broth, chicken, vegetables, onions and apices in a saucepan. Add salt and allow to simmer for 15 mins. Add olive oil and cornstarch.. |
Step 2 | Cook noodles until tender.. |
Step 3 | Add chicken mixture and stir.. |
Step 4 | Serve with a fried egg on top, with runny yolk.. |
Step 5 | Serve with sambal and/or ketjab. |
