Milk Braised . . This is my secret recipe to make Milk Braised for my daughter.
You can easily cook Milk Braised by following 6 ingredients and just 6 steps. Here is how you can easily do that.
Ingredients of Milk Braised
|Take 6 of Loin Steaks/chop.|
|Take 1 of chopped onion.|
|Prepare 1/2 of Garlic.|
|Approximately of Mushrooms.|
|Take 200 ml of Milk.|
|Approximately 400 ml of stock of your choice.|
Milk Braised cooking instructions
|Chop onion and garlic finely and mushroom to desired size..|
|If using chops remove meat from bone. Chop into slices.|
|Heat a deep pan with a little oil until smoking. Add onions, garlic and and brown for a few minutes..|
|Add the mushrooms then a few minutes later add the stock and milk. I used chicken stock but would have probably worked better with if available,:-).|
|Allow to simmer for 10 minutes the sauce should have reduced and thickened by that time. You can add a little bit of plain flour to help thicken if desired..|
|Now you can dish up. Enjoy!.|
