1 Approximately 300 grams of marrowfat peas (tinned or dried and soaked overnight).
2 Take 2 tbsp of butter or margarine.
3 Approximately 2 tbsp of distilled malt vinegar, or brown malt vinegar.
4 Approximately 1/4 cup of hot water (optional).
