1 | Prepare 2 cups of selfraising flour. |

6 | About 1 tsp of vanilla. |
7 | Take 1 squeeze of lemon juice. |
8 | It’s 1 of beaten egg for glaze. |
9 | Approximately 200 g of raisin. |
Classic English Scones cooking instructions
Step 1 | Preheat the oven 220C. |
Step 2 | Heat the milk for 30 second in the microwave, and add vanilla, lemon juice. set aside. |
Step 3 | Mix flour, salt, baking powder. |
Step 4 | Use your finger or put in the mixer butter and flour together. Work on it until a bit crumbly and well combine. |
Step 5 | Add wet ingredient slowly, mix it until well combine. Do not over mix or over work on the dough because the scone will be hard after you bake it. |
