Step 1 preheat oven to 400.
Step 2 brown hamburger and drain grease.
Step 3 mix gravy mix in measuring cup and add to burger.
Step 4 add frozen veggies to hamburger mix.
Step 5 cook hamburger mix until gravy thickens.
Step 6 cook potatoes according to instructions.
Step 7 top with shredded cheese and melt cheese.
Step 8 put meat mixture in bottom of baking dish add potatoes on top and bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes start to brown on top.
